If you don’t know anything about the 5 lines of the staff (or stave) and the bass clef on the fourth line of the staff, the image below could help you:

Frequency is the most important thing to learn to read music quickly: to read 5 or 10 minutes every day or twice a day is the good way to learn, to read one hour one day and wait many days before to read again, the bad way.
