Alexander Siloti made an arrangement of Bach’s prelude in E-minor from The Well Tempered Clavier, first book, transposing it to B minor. Alexander Ilyich Siloti was a Russian pianist, conductor and composer. His daughter, Kyriena Siloti, was also a noted pianist and teacher in New York and Boston until her death in 1989, aged 94. Siloti went to Weimar in 1881 to study with Franz Liszt. – Grigory Sokolov
